1. To reduce the deadening effect caused due to urban noises (1);

In 2013 in Lithuania he same company that implemented the Prak Apartments, created Bajoru Kalvos, which is a building apartment located (jus like the Park Apartments), near a Park. Their aim is to "build a warm, cost-effective and energy-efficient housing, where residents feel the exquisite life and to enjoy the comfort of sleek village environment." (2)
