Additional insights
No relevant information on costs and budget management was found for this project. But in the course of the data collection, I found that a previous project, also linked to the Municipality of Lima, with similar characteristics is being investigated for possible cost overruns. The project is the following: "Expansion of the forest tree service in the districts of Central, South and East of Metropolitan Lima", approved in October 2015.
