Comments and notes
Comments
An e-mail was sent to the North Region's e-mail address asking for information about sections 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6.

It is not mentioned anywhere that the North Region of Plovdiv is a Natura 2000 protection area.

According to the Law for Access to Public Information held by the North Region administration (http://www.severen.bg/plovdiv/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&layout=item&id=840&Itemid=265), in order to gain access to such information, a request for permission needs to be sent first via post or e-mail, or submitted in person. Then, the administration decides whether they will grant the requested information. Since they have not replied to the e-mail sent a while ago, I assume they have declined the request, perhaps because there is no proof that I work for the Horizon 2020 project. They had the same rule for access to information at the Sofia Municipality.
Additional insights
No reporting could be located on afforestation efforts in the North region of of Plovdiv in 2019 and 2020. However, there is nothing to indicate that planting did not occur, and Ref. 8 from 2018 indicates that "We will continue with the improvement of the" Northern "region in order to increase its "lungs".
