A central plateau is provided with equipment, consisting of an exercise area for seniors and adults, and a playground for children. The work also includes routes and accesses, contemplating internal routes and peripheral rides. In the surrounding space there will be car parks, benefiting greatly not only the residents, but also facilitating the parking for users who eventually come from further afield to enjoy this park. The work in progress also includes the installation of a watering system, water supply, drainage and drainage network.[1][1][2][3]

The announcement for the construction of the Leisure Park of the Rua Ramada Curto in Monte Abraão in Sintra came out in 2017. There have been announcements for similar leisure parks in other municipalities before, such as the Leisure Park of Outeiro da Maceda in the Municipality of Murtosa dated 2016. However, it is ambiguous whether the leisure park in Sintra was a derived initiative from these similar parks in other municipalities. [4]
Replicability/Transferability
Please specify Replicability/Transferability
There have been announcements for the creation of other leisure parks that came after the announcement for the Leisure Park of the Rua Ramada Curto in Monte Abraão in Sintra such as the Taipas Leisure Park in the Municipality of Guimarães that came out two months after the announcement for Sintra's. Similar to the ambiguity on whether the initative on Sintra builds on similar parks that have come before it, it is also unclear whether parks that have come after can be described as a transfer of innovation to new initiatives.
