Our mission
Since 2016, D’Antilles & D’Ailleurs has been committed to promoting gender equality from Martinique through:
Setting up workshops to raise awareness and provide training in gender equality, creating and distributing communications materials, training members, professionals and volunteers, and creating and carrying out international cooperation projects. The provision of support and training leading to socio-professional integration.

Our areas of activity
To fulfil our missions by applying our values, we deploy our projects within 2 poles of activity.
Cooperation, Gender Equality and Migration
The projects here focus on support for socio-professional integration, access to rights (particularly health rights), promoting and raising awareness of gender equality and action research on intra-Caribbean migration, mainly targeting women who have experienced migration and the violence that can be associated with it.
Youth
Because today’s young people will shape tomorrow’s society, we are working hard to give them the tools they need to build their future. By building skills and knowledge to facilitate the socio-professional integration of young people in serious difficulty, providing support for their sexual and emotional lives and promoting gender equality.
