Planned activities had included new greenery (suitable for the local climate conditions), rebuilding vegetation, creation of the educational paths, building water playground facilities and a sensory garden, open-air gyms and improved infrastructure for the disabled [1,2,3]. The final project focused on the renovation of the amphitheatre and the drainage system underground. Residents have been enjoying the park since June 2020 [7].

Comments
The sources that describe innovation do not mention any policy drivers, but there is a document (local spatial development plan for Kamienna Gora) that regulates all public investments in Kamienna Gora. The plan is from 2005 and there were two amendments to it since (in 2009 and 2010), so I'm attaching them and I'm putting them in the policy drivers section. (Updated in 2018)
