-Expected lowered local temperature: "Thus, we ensure a natural ecosystem that will cool the environment, reduce the cost of energy and offer residents optimal working and leisure conditions" (2).

On satisfaction about the project, I could only find google reviews and some comments on reddit, but there are no very specific about the green spaces, and seemed mixed and not very verifiable to me.
